Now, that I finally have the membership working how I want it to, I wanted to introduce you to it.
WHAT DOES MEMBERSHIP INVOLVE?
Membership entitles you to a free monthly project. The form of this project will vary, but this month we have written instructions and the option for you to create directly on your ScanNCut, or use design software if you prefer. We’ve also included design files in SVG, PDF and AFDESIGN formats. Our DT has done a great job of showing alternative projects you can create with the same files ranging from alternative card proportions right through to dye sublimation.
Each month, you will get beginner, improver and pro levels for the same project. This means you will learn more with each time you remake the project. This month, beginners focus on welding, improvers concentrate on layering and rotation and pros get inspiration for where to take the project next as they get more confident with a list of idea prompts and challenges.
As projects become more complex, there will be exclusive videos to accompany the projects. These will show a complex element, a new technique or replace the written instructions entirely.
You access the project files through the Extras tab as well as there being a monthly project note that only members can read.
Membership also gets you discount on some of the items in the Extras tab.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
£5 a month and you can sign up at https://www.buymeacoffee.com/PlannerCraft click on Membership and Join. You’ll also see a little more info on what you can expect from the club 🙂 You can also pre-pay for a year and save ten pound (or two months free) by paying £50 instead.
You’ll get member’s exclusive posts, heads up on what’s new and coming up (and they should arrive direct to your inbox, so let me know if that’s not working). As briefly mentioned above, you’ll also get a discount on some items in our Extras tab. These items currently include passes to our Virtual Craftalong at the end of May. New products are added all the time so do keep an eye out for the special green member’s price tags.

There are also projects available here on our blog as well as on our Facebook group.
April’s Project
This month’s project starts really simple using in-built designs (or the provided SVG/PDF/AFDESIGN files) to design a simple border. Natalie even shows you where to save a new copy so you can step backwards and forwards between stages.
As you repeat the project, you can create a more complex version using rotate and mirror before welding your design. You’ll also cut separate blooms to save colouring, or you can go really intricate colouring by hand.
